Physician Recruiter: Locum / Permanent
MedLink is experiencing explosive growth and is needing experienced physician recruiters who are looking for an excellent opportunity to be on the cutting edge of modern medicine delivery.
MedLink is a pioneer in developing pricing and staffing strategies in telemedicine which has led to some significant national contracts. We also have established locum tenens clients and are looking to maintain and expand our reach in that line of business.
- Ability to identify quality candidates through various sourcing techniques and process knowledge of strategic sourcing
- Comfortable with the internet and managing and maintaining our CRM to keep all data current
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and always have a professional demeanor
- Comfortable talking on the phone and present professionally on Zoom conference meetings
- Comfortable working with physicians and C Level professionals in servicing their accounts
- Display problem solving skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of physician and NP market rates to participate in pricing strategies
- Ability to work with our parent company and align with their projects and goals to move both organizations profitably
- Familiar with meeting gross profit margins as directed by management
- Take on complex assignments and be cognizant of and meet deadlines
- Familiar with hospital credentialing and assist where needed with our credentialing staff
- 5 years of experience in physician recruiting/locum tenens staffing or professional equivalency
